Fees for therapy services reflect the recommended fee schedule
set out by The Psychologists’ Association of Alberta*:

More Information on Payment

 

  • Payment is due at the end of the session.
  • Cash, cheque, Mastercard, and Visa are accepted.
  • A fee of $10.00 will be charged for returned cheques.
  • You will receive a receipt and/or invoice at the end of your session which you may use to receive a reimbursement from your health care coverage/insurance provider.
  • Fees for psychological services may be claimed under tax deductible health care expenses on your income tax return.

Cancellation Policy

 

If you must miss an appointment, please give 24 hours notice, by phone or email. Please note that when you are unable to attend your scheduled session and do not call to advise of this, another client who may be in need of an available spot does not get to benefit. As such, all no shows and cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will be charged at the full rate.
